The photo was taken atop Mount Magazine in Arkansas, the state's highest peak. And not too dissimilar than Mount Carmel in Israel. Both are about the same height and overlook a fertile valley below.
It was there on top of Mount Magazine at sunset that I imagined fire falling from Heaven and consuming the sacrifice and Elijah's foes.
But there have also been many times in my life where the God of Heaven has come down and made a way for me.
