As a Christian people we have forgotten, or never really understood, the art of lament. So here are my thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seasons of lament are lost on us today,
We breeze through life with aimless thoughts,
A careless dance through sorrow\u2019s fray.
No time to ponder, no time to pause,
Just fleeting moments, just because.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve traded depth for shallow seas,
And soulful sighs for carefree ease.
The weight of loss, a distant plea,
Forgotten echoes, between you and me.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
