Continual change and continual improvement are not the same. <\/p>\n
All too often, leaders focus on continual change not improvement. Continual change leads to: ambiguity, variation, stress, waste, loss of value, and customer and employee dissatisfaction. <\/p>\n
Continual improvement, however, helps bring about: clarity, new knowledge and learning, a reduction in variation which leads to increased value that flows toward the customer, additional resources, and improved customer\/staff satisfaction. (the list goes on)<\/p>\n
C’mon leaders, throw out the terminology “change management.” Your staff and customers see right through it. Instead seek continual improvement. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
